MULTI-FAMILY SITE
GGC Partnership Multi-Family Site
The Greenwood Genetic Center Partnership Campus 20-Acre Multi-Family Development Site is located along Spring Street, adjacent to the Campus.
The conceptual site plan for the GGC Multi-Family Development Site consists of seven 3-story multi-family buildings (two 36‐unit buildings and five 24‐unit buildings), a 3,000 square-foot clubhouse with an in‐ground swimming pool, and a dumpster area with pull‐around access.
The 192 multi-family units would potentially have 333 parking spaces with direct access to Spring Street, a local two-lane road in the City of Greenwood.
A beautiful walking/bike trail is proposed to connect to the Heritage Trail and the Greenwood Genetic Center Partnership Campus. This is a paved trail that follows an abandoned railroad bed.
